Breakfast Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen hash browns (30 oz. bag)
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 lb. cooked sausage, bacon or ham, sliced or crumbled
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups diced onions
  • 1 cup diced green peppers
  • 2 cups Murian blend grated cheese or cheddar
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs well with half and half. Mix all other ingredients together.
Pour into large baking dish that has been greased. Pour egg mixture over
hash browns mixture.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Remove foil and bake until top is browned.
