Ingredients
- TO SERVE:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons whole fresh rosemary needles
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 12 ounces flank steak (in thin strips for Actifry or in one piece for the grill)
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- aged balsamico condimento
- shaved parmigiano reggiano
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate the steak for at least one hour and up to overnight, removing from the fridge 1/2 to 1 hour before cooking.
To cook in the Actifry, drain the steak, reserving the marinade. Distribute in the Actifry and drizzle with 2 teaspoons EVOO.
Cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until edges are brown and interior is medium rare, adding back marinade for last minute or two.
Serve over Dole Baby Kale Caesar salad and top with shaved parmesan and a drizzle of the Balsamic, if desired.
