  • 1 MEDIUM HEAD CAULIFLOWER, BROKEN INTO FLORETS
  • 1 CUP OF SOUR CREAM
  • 1 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
  • 1 TABLESPOON FLOUR
  • 2 TEASPOONS CHICKEN STOCK
  • 1 TEASPOON DRIED MUSTARD
  • 1/3 CUP OF CHOPPED NUTS
  • 1/4 CUP DRY BREADCRUMBS
  • 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER, MELTED
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ONION SALT

Preparation

Step 1

SIMMER CAULIFLOWER IN 1 INCH SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER ABOUT 15 MINUTES. DRAIN. HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. MIX SOUR CREAM, CHEESE, FLOUR, CHICKEN STOCK AND MUSTARD.
PLACE COOKED CAULIFLOWER IN A 10 X 6 X 1-3/4 INCH BAKING DISH. SPOON CHEESE MIX OVER CAULIFLOWER.
MIX NUTS, BREAD CRUMBS, BUTTER AND ONION SALT; SPRINKLE OVER CHEESE AND CAULIFLOWER. BAKE 10 TO 15 MINUTES.
