- 5 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/3 sliced pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped basil
- 2 teaspoons basil, dried
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
Combine olive oil through pepper. Arrange tomatoes in 13 x 9 x 2 dish with olives and feta cheese- pour dressing on top. Make day before.
