Garlic Caesar Chicken

Don't let the amount of Garlic spook ya, this creates a very smooth and tasty dish. My kids love it with cheesy rice, but it would be good over noodles or whatever.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (or Tenders)
  • 20 cloves peeled (or minced) Garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat large non-stick skillet to medium high
2. Add Chicken and Garlic, cook 4 min per side turning only once
3. Mix broth and dressing and add to pan
4. Cover and cook 4 min per side
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Remove from heat
6. Cover and let stand 1-2 minutes. Sauce should thicken slightly.
