Ingredients
- 3 Avocados
- 12 strips of bacon
- 1/4 Cup Ranch (for dipping)
Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 425
2) Slice the Avocado into equal slices/wedges
3) Wrap each piece of avocado in a strip of bacon. Strips can be cut to shorter lengths if necessary.
4) Arrange on a backing sheet covered in Parchment seam side down (so they don't unwrap)
5) Bake about 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy
Server warm or cold
NOTE: We actually prefer these cold
