Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 #s frozen chicken tenderloins
  • 6 cups pasta sauce
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic pwd
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1# box of dried pasta
  • 2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese`
  • 2 cups hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Frozen chicken, 2 cups hot water, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, thyme and oregano into pot. Manually set for 12 min.
Quick release
With spoon, break up chicken into smaller pieces
Add pasta and stir it in. Pour sauce over top---DO NOT stir the sauce around because it will thicken the water and make it harder to come up to pressure.
Manually set for 6 min, and then quick release.
Add parmesan cheese, and ready to serve to shredded mozzarella on top
