Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 4 to 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup broth or water
- sesame seeds (optional for serving)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and broth. Brown thighs in oil. Cook thighs about 4 to 5 minutes. Pour honey garlic sauce over chicken. Cook 15 minutes and then quick release. Reduce cooking time to 8 minutes for boneless chicken thighs.
