Frozen Peach Bellini

Ingredients

  • 1 (24.5-oz.) jar refrigerated sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 (750-ml.) bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • 2/3 cup peach schnapps
  • Crushed ice

Preparation

Step 1

Process peaches in a blender until smooth. Freeze puree until ready to prepare drinks.

Chill champagne flutes 30 minutes.

Combine ½ cup peach puree, ¾ cup champagne and 1/3 cup peach schnapps in a blender; process until smooth. Add 2 cups crushed ice. Blend mixture until smooth and slushy. Pour into champagne flutes. Repeat process. Garnish if desired.
