Penzey's Italian Dressing Mix

instructions for both regular and creamy Italian dressing

Ingredients

• 1 Tbls Penzey's Italian Seasoning
• 1 Tbls water
• 2/3 cup white wine vinegar and 1/3 cup olive oil OR
• 1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt and 1/4 cup mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing mix and water in small bowl. Let stand 5 mins. Whisk in oil/vinegar. For creamy version, whisk in the sour cream/yogurt and mayo instead of the oil/vinegar. Thin with 1 Tbls white wine vinegar. If still too thick, thin further with a splash of milk or half-n-half.
