No Cook Chocolate Buttercream Frosting (Ronna Pope)

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp softened butter
  • 1/2 cup Hershey's Cocoa (3/4 for dark flavor)
  • 2 2/3 cup unsifted powder sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter in small mixer bowl, add cocoa and powdered sugar alternatively with milk. Beat to spreading consistently. (Add milk if need to thin). Blend in vanilla

Makes 2 cups frosting.
