Ingredients
- 5 lbs boneless chicken breast grilled and shredded
- 32 oz Penne Pasta
- 1 package bacon cooked
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- ALFREDO SAUCE
- 6 Tablespoons Sweet butter
- 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella cheese + more for top
- 6 cups heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta
make up Alfredo sauce
Mix chicken, bacon and mushrooms together
add sauce, mix throughly
place in pan add more Mozzarella on top
bake 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts
