  • Carrots, sliced
  • Broccoli florets
  • Cauliflower
  • Snow peas
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt



Step 1

Cut up all the vegetables, spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on and mix together. Combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese some salt and pepper to taste, and garlic salt together and sprinkle over the vegetables. Stir to coat.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

NOTE: Start carrots first, as they take longer to cook, then add the rest of the veggies and finish baking...I stir a couple times during cooking process.
