Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2-3 tsp. curry powder
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup coconut milk. (you can use canned)
- 3 cups. cooked shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a lg. saucepan over medium heat. add onion and ginger, and cook slowly until transparent. add the flour, salt and curry powder, mix thoroughly. add the milk and coconut milk, stirring constantly. cook slowly until thick and smooth. add the shrimp and heat throughly.
