Peanut Butter, Coconut & Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (750 g) Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter with Sea Salt
  • 1 cup honey
  • 5 cups large flake rolled oats
  • 1-1/2 cups desiccated unsweetened coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.
Mix peanut butter and honey in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Use parchment handles to remove oat mixture from pan before cutting into 32 bars.

These flavourful bars can be refrigerated up to 4 days before serving. For best results, layer bars between sheets of waxed paper in airtight container before refrigerating.
