Chocolate PB Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. baker's semi-sweet choc.
  • 1/2 c. PB
  • 8 oz. tub cool whip, thawed
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • Coating of your choice. Suggestions: powdered sugar, pecans, grated choc., or crushed nabisco cookies

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave choc. in lg. bowl high 2 min., stirring 1/2 way, till melted. Stir in PB. Cool to room temp. Gently stir in whip topping. Refrigerate 1 hr. Scoop PB mix with melon baller or tsp. and shape into 1" balls. Roll in pwd. sugar, pecans, grated choc., or crushed nabisco cookies.
