Meme's old recipe

Ingredients

• 6 egg whites
• 2 cups sugar
• 60 Ritz crackers (crushed)
• 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
• 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
• #2 can crushed pineapple (Small can)
• 11 oz cream cheese
• 2 packages dream whip

Preparation

Step 1

1) CAKE: Whip egg whites until still and fluffy
2) Add sugar, baking powder, crackers & walnuts
3) Pour into a well greased 9X13 pan and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
4) TOPPING: Whip dream whip according to package - blend cream cheese and mix in drained pineapple.
5) Top cake, when cool and let set in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
