Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 pounds ground pork
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Sage, cloves and allspice to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 potato

Preparation

Step 1

Put meat, onion and garlic in large pot.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Add spices, taste and continue to season until tastes right.
Put meat in fridge overnight skim off fat into a bowl. Leg set and add gel back into the meat.
Cook potato mash until very fine add to meat.
Cook on 400 for 40-50 minutes.
