Ingredients
- 12 eggs, beaten with a fork
- 1 Tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups broccoli flowerets (cooked)
- 1/2 cups cheese
- Optional: serve with sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°.
Spray a glass casserole dish (7.25 x11.25) with nonstick spray. Break eggs into mixing bowl, add milk, salt and pepper and beat eggs til combined. Put drained broccoli into casserole dish. Pour into casserole dish, cover with cheese.
Bake for about 35 minutes, or until top is slightly brown and eggs puff up slightly.
