Easy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 oz red curry paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and cook on stove top on low heat for 3-5 min.
Add cooked chicken breast and broccoli. Serve over rice.
*Must be unsweetened natural peanut butter. Brand doesn't matter.
*Do not substitute apple cider vinegar, it must be white.
*Makes enough to save half for another meal.
