Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 lbs of yukon gold or red potatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded (divided)
- 2 T. ranch seasoning
- 2 T. chives or green onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Line crockpot with heavy duty foil and coat with nonstick spray. Layer half each of the bacon, ranch, potatoes and cheese. Repeat layers and cover with remaining foil. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Add the rest of the cheese and cook until melted. Add chives and serve immediately.
