Sweet Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 (4oz.) fresh salmon
  • Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 c. cooked brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Place salmon in glass baking dish and brush top with Dijon mustard. Lightly crumble brown sugar on top of Dijon mustard. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until edges are slightly brown. Serve over 1/2 cup cooked brown rice.
