Cornbread Salad, layered

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn mix, baked and crumbled
  • 1 cup pinto beans, drained
  • 2 cups whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • DRESSING
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 pkg. ranch dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Use large glass bowl.
Layer in order: 1/2 of all ingredients (cornbread, beans, corn, cheese, dressing, tomato, onion, pepper and bacon). Repeat second layer.

Chill before serving.
