Green chile roll ups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 4 small whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

MIX cream cheese spread, chiles and cumin; spread onto tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients.

ROLL up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices

Make Ahead: Prepare roll-ups as directed, but do not cut into slices. Tightly wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Slice just before serving.

Substitute: Prepare using sun-dried tomato-flavoured flour tortillas.
