Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 20 Fingerling Potatoes
- 20 thin strips, Pastrami
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Mustard
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Onion Soup Mix
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes for 6-8 minutes
Preheat oven to 400.
Wrap pastrami around each potato.
Pour glaze over potatoes.
Bake for 30 min or until soft.
