Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gochujang
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/2 cup sake
- 3 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. finely grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. finely grated garlic
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the chili paste, miring, and sake to blend. Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic and whisk until smooth. Store covered in fridge for up to 1 month.
