ALMOND,WHITE CHOCOLATE,CRANBERRY COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 c. softened butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 1/2 c. Splenda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 pure almond extract
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp.salt
  • 8 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 c. dry cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. place 1 heaping teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees oven 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
