Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaves (optional)
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a jar. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
