WW chicken taco soup

Ingredients

  • 2 large frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2-15 ounce cans beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2-15 ounce cans corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1-10 ounce can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1-14.5 ounce can fat free chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1


Cook everything but the beans on high pressure for 15 minutes, 10 minutes NPR. Take out chicken, add beans, shred chicken and return to pot. Enjoy!
