WHITE CHOCOLATE,ALMOND,CRANBERRY COOKIES

  • 1 CUP softened butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 1/2 cups splenda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure almond extract
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dry cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix, take 1 heaping teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
