Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- FILLING
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup oatmeal glutten free
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 walnuts or do not add
Preparation
Step 1
CRUST
Combine in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
FILLING
Combine and put over crust. Bake again for 20 minutes
