POACHED*****Perfect Poached Eggs in Poach Pods

Ingredients

  • 1 PC Free Run Extra Large Brown Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon EVOO or flavoured oil

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a pot with a lid and about 2" of water to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.

Crack egg into pod with a bit of oil in the bottom and lower into the water using a slotted spoon.

Put the lid on the pot and cook for 4 to 7 minutes depending on desired yolk runniness level.
