Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

• FROSTING:
• 1 1 cup cooking oil
• 2 2 cups sugar
• 3 1 tsp. baking powder
• 4 2 eggs
• 5 2 1/2 cups flour
• 6 1 tsp. soda
• 7 1 tsp. salt
• 8 4 cups chopped fresh apple
• 9 2 cups chopped pecans
• 1 1 6oz. cream cheese, softened
• 2 3 tblsp. margarine, softened
• 3 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all cake ingredients. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350*. Let cool.
Combine all frosting ingredients and frost cake.
