Ingredients
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken, cut into 9 - 12 pieces (cut to fit hawaiian rolls)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp fresh pepper
- 3 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 oz grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut buns in half (do not separate each roll just carefully cut the whole pkg of rolls in half and put the tops on one baking sheet, and the bottoms on another cookie sheet, cut side up.
Melt butter in small microwave bowl, stir in garlic powder. Brush butter on cut sides of rolls. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes until bread is lightly browned.
Remove from oven.
Prepare chicken by slicing the thicker part of the breasts into 1/2. Cut the thinner parts of the breast into pieces slighly larger than the rolls.
Heat skillet over medium high heat. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle chicken 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Cook until browned. Flip and continue cooking until cooked, about 8 - 10 minutes.
Remove bread from oven, Sprinkle parmesan cheese on bottom of rolls, top with cooked chicken pieces, drizzle each piece of chicken with 1 TBSP marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add top, cut into sliders and serve.
