Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lg onion chopped
- 1/2 c uncooked instant rice
- 1/2 t salt and pepper each
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 c water
- 4 c coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef and onion in skillet 8 to 10 min stirring occasionally, until beef is brown and then drain.
Stir in rice salt pepper soup cheese and water
place coleslaw in ungreased 2 qt casserole
Spoon beef mixture over coleslaw mix
Cover and bake at 400F about 45 min until hot and bubbly.
