Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup panko crumbs
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons minced scallions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Zest, juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix chilled ground turkey together. Shape in to patties.
Grill and serve.
