Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 4 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 5 T. of 2% milk
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy. Then beat in the confectioners sugar, vanilla and milk. Turn your speed to HIGH for 2-3 minutes to make your frosting fluffy. YIELD: 1 1/2 c.
