Ingredients
- 5 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh pepper
- 2 russet potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine parmesan cheese, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper in a large resealable baggie.
Lighly spray the potatoes with pam spray or a little olive oil and add to baggie. Shake to coat evenly. Place wedges on baking sheet and bake, turning once, for 40 - 50 minutes....until golden brown and tendser.
Serve immediately.
