Chocolate Peanut Butter Delights

These little Chocolate Peanut Butter Delights are crunchy, sweet and salty peanut butter sandwiches enrobed with rich and creamy chocolate. If you crave sweet and salty things, then these delicious treats will make your taste buds dance with joy!

Ingredients

• 1 (16 oz) package melting chocolate, chocolate discs or candy coating chocolate
• 2/3 cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter, we prefer crunchy
• 90 whole grain original Wheat Thins Crackers
• 1/4 cup roasted & salted peanut halves

Preparation

Step 1

Spread the peanut butter on half of the Wheat Thins Crackers and top with the rest of the crackers, to make little peanut butter cracker sandwiches. Set aside.

Put the chocolate in a microwavable safe bowl and melt it in the microwave for 1 minute at 30% power, stir. Cook at 30-second intervals at 30% power, stirring in between each time, until melted and smooth.

Dip one peanut butter cracker sandwich at a time in the melted
chocolate, tapping the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.

Slide onto wax paper and make a little design on top with a fork or dipping tool (optional but pretty).

Place 2 peanut halves on top before the chocolate sets (optional again, but adds extra crunch). Repeat until all the peanut butter cracker sandwiches are coated in chocolate and topped with peanut halves.

Allow the chocolate to set before storing in an airtight container.

Notes
You may need to warm the chocolate in the microwave at 30% power for 30 seconds periodically, so the chocolate stays smooth for easy dipping.
