Ingredients
- 1 baquette, cut in 1/4 inch thick slices
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. crumbled gorgonzola
- 2 15 oz. cans sliced pears in juice, drained
- 1/2 c. candied pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly brush 1 side of each baguette with olive oil. Place on baking sheet & toast 5-7 min., or until just brown. Let cool.
In small bowl, combine cheeses, stirring until well mixed. spread toasts with mixture. Top with pear slices & pecans. sprinkle with parsley.
