Ingredients

    red onion, chopped

    lb lean ground beef

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1

    tsp chili powder, to taste

  • 1

    14 oz. can kidney beans

  • 1

    tomato, diced tomato

  • 1

    package cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2

    avocados, sliced

  • 1

    package tortilla chips

  • 1

    head lettuce

  • ¾

    cup Catalina or Russian salad dressing, Reduced calorie

  • Servings: 6

Directions

1. Brown ground beef, season with salt & pepper and chili powder. In large bowl combine all remaining ingredients, add lettuce last. A whole head will probably not be required. Toss with salad dressing. I always use Russian, however Catalina or French are suppose to go well too. Nutrition Facts Serving size: 1/6 of a recipe (13.8 ounces).
