Rima's Pot Roast in slow cooker

Ingredients

  • bottom round roast, 2-4 lbs
  • 2 cans Campbells golden mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion, cut in large pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Sear the roast first to seal in all the juices, and then place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook for 5-6 hours.
