Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- Optional: dried cranberries, raisins, chocolate chips.
Preparation
Step 1
in 8-inch square glass or microwave-safe dish, microwave margarine at high power for 40-60 or until melted.
Stir in vanilla dn sugar. Mix well.
Stir in rolled oats; mix well. Firmly press mixture into pan. Microwave at high power for 5 minutes. Let cool.
