Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 Tbs onion, finely diced
- 4 Tbs white wine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbs white wine
- 4 cups wild rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown Chicken breasts in a small amount of butter and oil. Move chicken to a covered casserole. Add 1 Tbs. of onion and 1 Tbs. wine to each breast. Cover and bake until done, about 30 mins at 350F. Meanwhile over a double boiler stir together the sour cream, bouillon powder and wine. Heat but do not boil. Serve over cooked wild rice.
Serving size: 1/4 of a recipe (17.6 ounces).
