BAKED TILAPIA

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 T butter, melted
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 2 T capers, drained
  • 1/2 t dried oregano
  • 1/8 t paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Place tilapia in an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish, in a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt; pour over the fillets. Sprinkle with capers, oregano and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
