Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/4 C vegetable oil
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 cans whole water chestnuts
- 1 pkg bacon, sliced into thirds
- 1 C brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate water chestnuts overnight in marinade. Wrap bacon around water chestnuts and secure with toothpick. Roll in brown sugar. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 until browned.
