Ingredients
- 10 medium apples; peeled, cored, sliced (Red Delicious)
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon; or to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker. Secure the lid.
Cook at high pressure for four minutes.
Use a natural release.
Stir. If not sweet enough, add honey. If not tart enough, add lemon juice.
If a super smooth texture is desired, use an immersion blender.
