Ingredients
- 2 lb sparerib
- 1 Tbs oil
- 1 quart sauerkraut
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Heat pressure cooker. Add oil and brown ribs on both sided. Season with salt & pepper. Place sauerkraut over ribs and sprinkle with brown sugar. Add water. Close lid and bring to pressure, lower heat and cook for 15 mins.. Release pressure and remove lid.
