BBQ Ribs - Denise Iverson

Ingredients

  • 1 3-pack ribs full rack
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 TBL Ground mustard
  • 1 TBL Garlic powder
  • 1 TBL paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine above ingredients and rub into the ribs. Wrap them in 2 layers of tinfoil meat side down. Bake at 300 for 5 hours. Unwrap meat and flip the meat over to meat side up. Top with the following sauce:
1/2 large bottle of Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 TBL cumin

Recover ribs and bake another 15 minutes.
