Ingredients
- 4 2/3 cups Simmered Pork (see Recipe)
- 1 7 3/4 oz. can green chili pepper
- 1 14 oz. can tomatillos
- 1 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp oregano

Step 1
1. Using meat from simmered Pork recipe, measure 4 2/3 Cups meat in 3 Qt. casserole. Process chilies, tomatillos and liquid, salsa, cumin and oregano until smooth. Stir into meat. Bake uncovered in 350 F oven for 30 Mins. Top with onions. Makes 8 cups.
